Growing up on the border of Yellowstone National Park, Dani Hatfield spent her childhood years in the shadow of the Roosevelt Arch in Gardiner, Montana. Being raised in and around the World’s first National Park gave her an unending respect for the forces of nature and the flora and fauna of the wilderness. A macro photographer currently pursuing a B.A. in Photography from Montana State University, Hatfield strives constantly to use her photography to bring to light her wild imagination and the insects she has loved all her life.

While her preferred work is outdoors, taking photographs while knee deep in flowers, Hatfield has also worked with Yellowstone National Park, using photography to catalogue some of the Park’s insect collections. Some of her work with YNP has been featured on the Park’s Flickr page.

I’d love to work with you!
